Can Endless replace our warehouse system, ERP, or storefront, and does it fit our size and company structure?

Endless runs products, orders, inventory, purchasing, and fulfillment, and it connects to the systems around it. Whether it can replace a specific system depends on which of its workflows you use. Contact Endless support to go through them with you.

Own warehouse: add the warehouse as a building, track stock by location, allocate orders, create fulfillment orders, and record shipments with tracking. Endless prints product and carton labels. For barcode scanning, putaway locations, or pick paths, contact Endless support. To buy shipping labels, connect a shipping tool such as ShipStation, which receives fulfillment orders from Endless and sends the shipments back.

ERP: Endless covers products, orders, inventory, purchase orders, and landed costs. Keep your general ledger in your accounting system. Endless sends invoices and other accounting documents to QuickBooks Online, and it exchanges products, inventory, and shipments with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. To sync products with NetSuite, use Celigo, or have your developer or an AI coding tool build a Custom Product Integration with the Endless API. API access must be in your plan.

Storefront: keep your storefront, checkout, and payment processor. Orders come in from sales channels such as Shopify, Amazon, Faire, Walmart, and EDI trading partners, or you create them in Endless.

Size: plans limit how many sales channel and warehouse integrations you can connect, but they do not limit the number of SKUs or orders.

Legal entities: a company is one account, with one currency, one timezone, one bill, and its own buildings, users, and integrations. Brands inside a company share all of those. For entities that need separate books or warehouses, use a separate company for each. One login can belong to several companies and switch between them.

Product information only: use Products and leave the other sections, such as Orders or Inventory, unused. Sections your plan does not include show “This feature isn’t included in your plan.” Contact Endless support to discuss hiding sections.
