How do I choose where and how Endless sends me notifications?

You choose how Endless reaches you on the Notifications settings page, which has two sections: Channels and Subscriptions.

  • Channels: Email, delivered to the address you sign in with, and In-app, shown in the Inbox.
  • Subscriptions: events you choose to be told about. They apply to every channel you have on.

If you turn off both Email and In-app, Endless stops delivering every notification to you, including export downloads and import results. It does not hold them for later. The Subscriptions toggles are then disabled with “All channels are off. Enable a channel above to receive these notifications.”

Channels apply to you in every company. Subscriptions are separate for each company: subscribing while working in one company does not subscribe you in another. Switch companies and set them there.

Email notifications go to the email address you sign in with. To send them to a shared team address, set up a forwarding rule in your mail system.

“Report an issue” on an order posts to a Slack channel when Endless has set up issue alerts for your company. Contact Endless support to set that up, or to discuss sending other notifications to Slack.

“Order Fulfillment Failure” is the only event Endless offers for subscription. It tells you when a warehouse does not confirm the cancellation of a fulfillment order Endless pulled back, titled “A cancellation was not confirmed.” To find fulfillment orders that failed to send to a warehouse, check the Fulfillment Orders list for Failed fulfillment orders. Other notifications, such as export and import results, go straight to the person who started the work and do not need a subscription.
