What does my plan include, what happens at its limits, and how do I change it?

Your plan decides which features your company can use and how many integrations it can connect. Admins see it on Settings > Billing: the plan card lists Capacity, such as sales channels and warehouses with how many are in use, and Features, such as Supply chain, ECHO, and Automations.

Using a feature your plan does not include shows “This feature isn’t included in your plan. Upgrade to enable it.” Which plans include ECHO, supply chain, and automations is set in the plan catalog. The upgrade dialog compares the plans you can move to, and Endless support can answer pricing questions.

Endless checks numeric limits when someone connects a new integration. At the limit, it refuses with “You’ve reached your plan limit for this feature. Upgrade to add more.” The Warehouses limit counts connected warehouse and fulfillment integrations, such as ShipBob, ShipHero, or ShipStation. Buildings you create in Endless do not count. The plan card also lists Users and Brands. If you need more than your plan includes, upgrade or use “Contact us.”

The EDI connections add-on adds active EndlessEDI trading partner connections, billed monthly per connection, with no per-document charge in Endless billing.

An Admin can upgrade with “Upgrade” on the Billing page when a payment method is on file and the subscription is Active, Trialing, or Overdue. You can buy up to 20 of an add-on. To downgrade, lower or remove an add-on, or lower any limit you hold, use “Contact us” on the Billing page.

When you upgrade partway through a period, you are charged today: a credit for the unused part of the old plan, plus the new plan for the rest of the period. Your billing date does not change, and the charge is prorated to the second. During a free trial, nothing is charged today, the trial continues, and your first invoice is for the new subscription.
