Does Endless alert me when orders, ASNs, or stock levels have problems, and who receives those alerts?

Endless has one alert you can subscribe to: “Order Fulfillment Failure.” Most problems show on the record instead.

Order Fulfillment Failure is sent when Endless pulls back a fulfillment order and the warehouse does not confirm the cancellation. The alert is titled “A cancellation was not confirmed.” Ask the warehouse to remove their copy before it ships again.

After you pull back a fulfillment order, check its timeline and confirm the cancellation with the warehouse. When a fulfillment order fails to send to your warehouse, Endless retries, then marks it Failed with the reason, and shows each “Send attempt” in its timeline. Check the Fulfillment Orders list for Failed fulfillment orders. Orders with an unresolved alert also appear under Orders Requiring Attention on the Dashboard.

Endless sends the alert to each person who turned on Order Fulfillment Failure on their Notifications settings page in that company, through their Email and In-app channels. Nobody is subscribed by default. To stop receiving it, turn off the subscription.

When you send purchase orders or supply shipments, including ASNs, to a warehouse, the person who started the send gets a notification by email and in the Inbox, according to their channels, when it could not be sent.

To watch for low or oversold SKUs, check Low Stock Alerts and Oversold SKUs on the Dashboard.

Your developer or an AI coding tool can build alerts for Failed fulfillment orders and low or oversold SKUs through the Endless API with a Read Only Data Integration. API access must be in your plan. Contact Endless support for help, or if you suspect an outage.
