What decides which orders and SKUs appear in the Dashboard’s attention, oversold, and low-stock lists?
Each list comes from the Dashboard’s snapshot, which Endless rebuilds about once an hour, and each shows at most five rows. The header shows “Showing 5 of …” with the full count.
Low Stock Alerts counts active products with the Low Stock badge: unallocated stock plus Available to Make, across all buildings, is above zero and above the quantity ordered, but below the product’s “Restock At” quantity. The Low Stock Warnings list shows the five with the least stock. Available is unallocated stock minus the quantity ordered, and Target is the “Restock At” quantity.
Oversold SKUs counts active products with the Oversold badge: unallocated stock plus Available to Make is less than the quantity ordered. “Oversold by” is the quantity ordered minus unallocated stock. It does not subtract Available to Make, so it can be larger than the shortage the badge uses. The list shows five oversold SKUs in no set order.
Orders Requiring Attention lists orders with an unresolved error or alert, most recently changed first. Alerts come from Endless and from some integrations, such as a warehouse that did not confirm a cancellation or a problem with a retailer’s order. Issue shows the alert’s message, or “Requires Review” when the alert does not have one. It is red for errors and for messages that mention fraud, stock, inventory, or payment, and orange otherwise.
Days Stuck counts days since the order was last changed, so any update to the order resets it.
Open each order from the Dashboard list to resolve its alert. The next orders appear after the snapshot rebuilds. Contact Endless support for help reviewing every order with an alert.
