Can I limit what a team member or supplier can see, and what happens when I remove someone’s access?

Endless controls access by role, and company roles apply across the company, so a warehouse team member sees the orders and inventory of every building. Use Guest if they only need to look. The Fulfillment Service role limits someone to creating and canceling shipments, printing shipping labels, and sending outbound EDI documents, with read-only access to everything else, across every building. Contact Endless support to discuss limiting someone to one building.

Legacy brand roles have been retired. A brand filter narrows what you are viewing; it does not limit someone’s company access. The Team & Roles page uses company roles such as Owner, Admin, Editor, Operator, and Guest. Contact Endless support about access requirements that these roles do not cover.

To work with a supplier, email them the purchase order from Endless, or share a read-only link to a fulfillment order, which they can view and download as a PDF. Your team records the supplier’s shipments and documents in Endless. Contact Endless support to discuss supplier access.

Endless support staff can see and change your company’s data so they can help with setup and problems.

To remove someone, open them on the Team & Roles page and select “Remove from Company.” Endless removes their company roles and ends their membership. Endless checks roles on every action, so they lose access right away, though screens they have open still show data until they reload. Their login keeps working for any other company they belong to. Endless does not delete what they created. Their notes, tasks, and activity history stay. Tasks assigned to them stay assigned to them, so reassign open tasks. You can add the person again later with “Add member.”
