Why is my Dashboard empty or out of date, and can I filter it by brand?

The Dashboard shows a snapshot that Endless rebuilds for each company about once an hour, so it is not live. Every few minutes, Endless rebuilds the snapshots that are more than an hour old. An order that just came in appears on the Dashboard after the next rebuild, up to about an hour later. The Sales Orders list and other pages show current data.

A new company does not have a snapshot until the first rebuild, which normally happens within a few minutes, and until then the Dashboard does not show data. After that, each section shows a getting-started message until the company has that kind of data:

  • Orders: “Connect a sales channel to start importing orders.” until there is a sales order.
  • Inventory: “Import or create products to start tracking stock.” until there is an inventory record.
  • Supply Chain: “Create a purchase order to start tracking shipments.” until there is a supply shipment.

Archived orders and archived inventory records do not count.

Day-based numbers, such as Shipped Yesterday and To Ship Today, use days in UTC, so they change at midnight UTC.

The Dashboard always covers the whole company. To look at one brand, use the Brand filter on the Products or Inventory list. Contact Endless support to discuss a brand view of the Dashboard.
