What reports can I get from Endless, and can I build or export my own?
You pull reports from the Dashboard, ECHO, Demand Planning, and the CSV exports on each list page.
- Dashboard: order, inventory, and supply metrics, refreshed about once an hour.
- ECHO, under Demand: units ordered, units shipped, and revenue by SKU, sales channel, and day, with charts and exports. It depends on your plan.
- Demand Planning, under Demand: stock, incoming stock, and recent demand per SKU. It may not be available on every account.
- Exports: lists such as Sales Orders, Products, Inventory, Purchase Orders, and Shipments export to CSV using your filters.
To analyze orders by sales channel, open ECHO’s Units Ordered and filter by Sales Channel, or see “Units Ordered by Channel” in its Analytics view. On the Sales Orders list, you can also filter by Sales Channel and export.
To rank SKUs A, B, and C, export ECHO records and classify them in a spreadsheet. ECHO’s “Top SKUs by Units Ordered” chart ranks the top 10 SKUs by units, orders, or revenue for the date range you choose.
ECHO filters by Dates, SKU, Sales Channel, and Source, and by Warehouse for inventory. To show finished goods only, select those SKUs in the SKU filter, which accepts several.
To build your own reports, use exports or a connected AI assistant, which can read ECHO summaries. Your developer or an AI coding tool can also build reports with the Endless API through a Read Only Data Integration, which reads orders, products, inventory, and ECHO units ordered. API access must be in your plan, and reading ECHO data also needs ECHO. Contact Endless support to discuss custom reports.
ECHO’s exports, such as “Export order history,” are in the table menu of each Data view. They include every record that matches the applied filters, across all pages, up to the export row limit. Without a date filter, the export covers all time. Endless notifies you when the file is ready.
