Why can’t I sign in to Endless, and how do I fix password, reset link, and session problems?

Follow the message on the sign-in page. Check that you are using the email on your Endless account, and use Forgot your password? if you cannot sign in with your password.

After requesting a reset, check your inbox and spam folder. If the email does not arrive or an invitation still will not open, contact Endless support. A reset or invitation link can stop working after use or replacement; request a fresh link rather than repeatedly using an old one.

Choose a password that meets the requirements shown on the form. Endless also rejects recently used passwords, including the last ten, so choose a new one.

If sign-in asks for a multi-factor authentication code, enter the current code from your authenticator, or use one of your saved recovery codes. Set up multi-factor authentication from Profile → Security. If setup is required, complete it before continuing into the app. Contact Endless support if you have lost access to both your authenticator and recovery codes.

A session can expire while a tab is left open. Sign in again and reload the page. If the app still shows errors after that, contact support with the message and the action you were taking.
