Can Endless report cost of goods sold, inventory value, and profit by SKU, channel, or region?

Use Order Financials to report order revenue, recorded shipment costs, and profit. Where available, choose it in the Sales Orders export dialog and export all matching orders or selected orders. Choose one row per order or totals by day, week, or month, optionally split by sales channel.

The CSV uses the same current financial calculations as the order’s Financials view. Revenue excludes tax. Costs include known shipment item costs and recorded shipping and other fees. Profit stays blank until quantities are fully shipped and required prices and unit costs are known. Grouped profit stays blank if any included order cannot report profit. Currencies remain separate.

Periods use order dates in the selected time zone. The amounts are current financials, not a historical snapshot of what was known at the end of each period. This format covers orders on the current order system and does not have the row cap of the other order export formats.

For SKU-level review, inspect the item financials on an order. A product’s Profitability card instead uses its MSRP and default costs. ECHO reports units and revenue by SKU and channel; it does not supply shipment costs.

To estimate inventory value, combine inventory quantities with product costs in a spreadsheet. Your developer or an AI coding tool can use a Read Only Data Integration to read this data where API access is included in your plan.

Each company uses one currency. Contact Endless support about regional reporting or access to Order Financials.
