How does my Endless login work across companies, and what can I change about it?

One Endless login can belong to several companies, and you choose which company you are working in. After you sign in, the home page lists every company your login can access. If there is only one, Endless opens it directly. To move to another company, open the menu at the top of the sidebar and select “Switch Company” (or press g, then h), then choose the company.

If you already work in a company and need another one, contact Endless support. “Create a company” appears on the home page only when your login does not have access to any company yet, and self-signup may not be available on every account.

To change the email address you sign in with, contact Endless support. The Profile settings page shows it under “Email address” as read-only, next to the first and last name, which you can edit.

You sign in to Endless with your email address and password. Contact Endless support to discuss sign-in with Google or a single sign-on provider.

Other people in your company see your initials next to your name. Contact Endless support to discuss profile photos.

When you create a company, its handle becomes part of every web address for that company. “That handle is reserved” means the handle matches a word Endless uses for its own pages, such as login, admin, api, system, orders, products, settings, or dashboard. Choose a different handle. A handle must start with a letter and can contain only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. “That handle is already taken” means another company, or another person’s signup in progress, already uses it.
