What can an AI assistant connected to Endless see, answer, and change?
A connected AI assistant can read Endless data and explain it. The connected tools are read-only; make changes in the app or have your developer build an authorized API integration.
Depending on your account and plan, it can:
- find companies, products, orders, fulfillments, shipments, and warehouses;
- read order signals, including issues, next steps, and resolved history;
- inspect automation triggers, conditions, ordered actions, and execution settings;
- find purchase orders, suppliers, inbound shipments, and shipment costs;
- read record activity and inventory history;
- analyze ECHO demand, shipments, and inventory;
- search the published questions about Endless and retrieve complete answers with their checked dates.
An assistant’s access follows your access to the selected company. A missing feature can reflect your role, plan, or which tools are enabled. Refresh the connection if a newly enabled tool is missing.
Order search returns a total matching count, so the assistant can count orders without listing every record. Large results are paginated.
Inventory history shows the resulting stock levels, cause, and time. To calculate movement, compare rows for the same SKU and building, or the same SKU and location; adjacent rows for different records cannot be subtracted. Bulk recalculations may update levels without creating an individual movement entry.
For date-based questions, specify your time zone and the period you mean. This lets the assistant use explicit boundaries rather than assuming a UTC calendar day. Contact Endless support if the available tools cannot answer your question.
