How can Endless AI show what is still due on purchase orders?

Ask Endless AI for open, late, unpaid, or partly shipped purchase orders, or for the remaining quantities of a SKU across orders. Your plan must include AI assistant access and Supply chain.

search_purchase_orders finds orders by PO number, description, or item SKU, and filters by supplier, status, payment status, and expected, shipped, delivered, or payment-due dates. Results include the total number of matching orders.

get_purchase_order reads one PO by number or ID: supplier and contact, status and milestone, payment status and terms, dates, product costs and payments, and each line’s ordered, shipped, received, and still-to-ship quantities and landed cost. It also names the inbound shipments carrying the PO.

list_purchase_order_items reads lines across orders, soonest expected to ship first. It excludes archived orders. Still-to-ship quantities count active shipments, so canceled shipments do not count as shipped.

Ask the assistant to follow a shipment listed on the PO for its expected arrival and receiving progress. Ask for the PO’s timeline to investigate changes.
