How can Endless AI compare demand and shipping over time?

Ask for an ECHO summary to get totals for a period, or a series to see daily, weekly, or monthly changes. Your company’s plan must include AI assistant access and ECHO.

Demand includes ordered units, orders, revenue, SKU counts, and daily averages. Shipping includes shipped units, shipments, revenue, SKU counts, and daily averages. Summaries break results down by SKU and sales channel, largest first.

Demand uses the order date. Shipping uses the ship date when known, otherwise the date recorded in Endless. An order placed in one month and shipped the next can appear in different months on the two sides.

Give both a start and end date to compare a summary with the immediately preceding period of equal length. Try “Compare October’s demand to the previous month” or “Show units shipped week by week since January.”

Ask for a channel breakdown first so the assistant can use your actual channel names. Then narrow the question, such as “Now show just Faire.”

For long ranges, weekly or monthly series are easier to read. The assistant can page through results when more points remain.
