How can Endless AI track inbound shipments and their costs?
Ask Endless AI to find inbound shipments, read what they carry, and inspect their shipping costs and duties. Supplier shipments require AI assistant access and Supply chain.
| Tool | What it reads |
|---|---|
search_supply_shipments | Matches shipment, container, tracking, reference, and bill-of-lading information, with filters for status, type, payment, destination, PO, and dates. |
get_supply_shipment | Status history, origin and destination, carrier, forwarder, vessel, container, dates, items shipped and received, related POs, and split shipments. |
get_supply_shipment_costs | Origin, transit, and destination shipping costs; duties, taxes, fees, landed cost, allocated and unallocated amounts, and declared HTS codes, rates, and values. |
list_warehouses | Warehouse names and IDs, active status, fulfillment processing settings, and assigned fulfillment integrations. |
Try “What arrives at Reno this week?”, “Find container MSKU1234567,” or “How much of this shipment’s duties remains unallocated?”
The assistant searches first when you provide a shipment number, then uses the returned ID for details and costs. Warehouse IDs narrow destination searches; PO IDs find the shipments carrying a purchase. Warehouse listing requires AI assistant access but does not require Supply chain.
Arrival at a building and receipt into inventory are separate dates. A shipment’s external ID identifies its record in the warehouse system after an ASN handoff. Check its timeline to investigate handoff or receiving problems.
