How can Endless AI investigate fulfillment delays and tracking?
Ask Endless AI to inspect an order’s fulfillments, shipments, and timeline to explain where work stopped or which package carries an item.
| Tool | What it reads |
|---|---|
list_order_fulfillments | Each fulfillment’s state, warehouse, expected dates, responsible integration, and external identifiers. |
list_order_shipments | Carrier, tracking number and link, package count, shipped and arrived dates, and the reporting system’s shipment identifier. |
get_order_timeline | The order’s history together with the history of its fulfillment orders, newest first. |
Try “Why hasn’t order 1042 shipped?”, “Which warehouse is preparing it?”, or “Show the tracking for every package on that order.”
An In Progress fulfillment means work has started or been handed off. Check the shipment records to establish what shipped. If an external identifier is missing, inspect the timeline and the connected system before concluding whether it received the work.
Shipment identifiers help distinguish duplicate records from separate packages. Compare tracking, package counts, and the reporting system before acting.
Ask for warnings or errors to narrow the timeline. Repeated events are grouped with their count and time range. The history can explain an integration refusal, a person’s edit, or when a document was emailed.
The tools read records; use Endless or the responsible fulfillment service to correct the problem.
