How do I connect an AI assistant such as Claude to Endless, and who can connect one?
Yes. Endless connects to AI assistants that support remote MCP servers with sign-in, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini through Antigravity, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot in VS Code. Open Endless AI in the Endless app’s sidebar for the client-specific setup steps.
For Claude, select “Add to Claude.” Or, in Claude, go to Settings, then Connectors, select Add custom connector, name it Endless Commerce, and paste the server URL https://mcp.endlesscommerce.com/mcp. Then sign in with your Endless account and approve access. On a company-managed Claude plan, a Claude admin adds the connector first. For other clients, use the setup instructions in Endless AI.
For Claude Code or a JSON-configured client, follow these steps. Test the connection by asking “List the companies I have access to in Endless.”
The company’s plan must include AI assistant access. Without it, requests about the company return “Not included in this company’s plan,” followed by the reason. Questions about purchase orders, suppliers, and inbound shipments also need Supply chain in the plan, and ECHO questions need ECHO.
Anyone with an Endless login can connect, including a Guest. The assistant sees only what that login’s role allows.
Each person should connect with their own Endless login. If several people use one login, they all get that login’s access, and Endless records every request under that one person.
The assistant asks Endless which companies your login works in. When more than one comes back, it is instructed to ask you which company you mean, and every later request names that company. Name the company in your question to skip that step.
Open Endless AI → Connected AI tools to see which tools you authorized, their access, and when they were last active. Select Revoke beside a tool and confirm to end its access immediately.
