How do I refresh the Endless tools available to my AI assistant?

Refresh or reconnect your Endless connector so your assistant loads the current tool list. Clients can keep a cached list after Endless adds tools.

In Claude, open Settings > Connectors > Endless Commerce and use “Refresh tools list” in the connector menu, when available. Check the tool permissions there if Claude can see a tool but does not use it.

In Claude Code, enter /mcp, select endless, and reconnect. Restarting the client also reloads its connections. In another client, use its refresh or reconnect option.

A tool-list refresh does not normally require a new sign-in. If the connection reports an invalid token or asks you to authenticate, follow the connection troubleshooting steps.

Ask “What Endless tools do you have?” afterward. New tools may become available gradually, and your company’s plan must include AI assistant access. ECHO tools also require ECHO; supplier, purchase order, and inbound shipment tools require Supply chain. Refreshing does not change your plan or role.

Contact Endless support if a tool remains unavailable after refreshing.
