Ask Endless AI to read the record’s timeline. It shows what happened, when, who acted, and the recorded details, newest first.

get_timeline reads activity for products, suppliers, integrations, inventory, brands, fulfillment orders, purchase orders, and inbound shipments. The assistant first finds the record to get its ID and kind. For a sales order, get_order_timeline includes the history of the order and its fulfillments together.

Try “Who changed the price of ABC-100?”, “What did Shopify refuse this week?”, “Why did this fulfillment fail?”, or “Who changed the expected date on this PO?”

Ask for warnings or errors when investigating a problem. Repeated entries are grouped with the number of occurrences among the entries read, keeping recurring failures readable. Read additional pages if you need earlier history.
