How can Endless AI find orders and explain what is still outstanding?

Ask Endless AI for an order by number, or describe the orders you want to find. It can search, count matches, and read the items on an order.

  • search_orders filters by date, status, sales channel, source, tag, SKU, and tracking. Keywords match order numbers, source order numbers, customer or billing names, email, phone, company, and channel. Give a complete SKU or tracking number.
  • get_order reads the customer, status, holds and reasons, value, shipping instructions, notes, and fulfillment statuses. It returns item and shipment counts; the assistant uses separate tools for their details.
  • list_order_items reads quantities, prices, and fulfillment and shipment coverage. Unassigned quantities still need a fulfillment order. Quantities on fulfillment orders can still be waiting to ship.

Try “Find yesterday’s Shopify orders containing ABC-100,” “How many rush orders are still open?” or “What remains to ship on order 1042?”

Search results include the total number of matches, even when only one page is shown. For remaining shipment quantities, compare each item’s ordered and shipped quantities. An extra shipment of one item does not cover another item’s shortage.

Name the company when you work with several. For a local calendar day, include your timezone; dates without an offset are read in UTC.
