How can Endless AI find suppliers and review their performance?

Ask Endless AI to find suppliers or read a supplier’s details, performance figures, products, and purchase-order spending. Your plan must include AI assistant access and Supply chain.

search_suppliers matches part of a name, legal name, handle, email, location, or category. It filters by status and performance measures such as lead time, on-time delivery, and quality rating. Archived suppliers are excluded unless requested.

get_supplier reads a supplier by name or ID, including contacts, addresses, payment and shipping terms, incoterms, lead time, on-time delivery, quality rating, response time, supplied products, last purchase, and spending across purchase orders. It can also read archived suppliers.

Try “Which suppliers deliver on time less than 80% of the time?”, “Which suppliers take more than 30 days?”, or “What have we spent with Acme Textiles?”

The returned supplier ID lets the assistant find that supplier’s purchase orders and outstanding purchase-order items. Ask for the supplier’s timeline to see who changed its information.
