Why hasn’t my order been sent to my warehouse, and how do I fix it?
Endless sends a fulfillment order when processing is enabled and a send action queues it for its fulfillment integration. Check these points when an order has not reached the warehouse:
- The sales order needs fulfillment orders. Create them manually or with a Create Fulfillments automation and routing strategy.
- Processing must be enabled on each fulfillment order. Enabling alone does not allocate or send it.
- Allocation needs enough stock at its building. Readiness and sending need a complete shipping address and a carrier service on that fulfillment order. A hold stops these steps.
- The fulfillment order needs a warehouse integration. Check the selected integration and the building’s default.
- A Process Fulfillment automation makes one attempt when the fulfillment is created. It does not repeat when missing stock or details become available. Processing rules have been retired.
- If a send failed, read its timeline and check the warehouse before selecting Resend for fulfillment. A warehouse External ID may mean the warehouse already has the order.
For a Ready fulfillment order, select Send for fulfillment. Mark as In Progress changes the status without sending it. The Fulfillment Orders list also offers bulk processing.
Amazon FBA orders are fulfilled by Amazon. Amazon FBM orders use your normal routing and processing setup.
