How do I enable or disable processing on existing fulfillment orders?
Use “Enable processing” on a fulfillment order to allow Endless to process it. Enabling does not allocate inventory, send it to a warehouse, or change the building’s integration settings. Choose a processing action afterward.
On the Fulfillment Orders list, select fulfillment orders and choose Bulk actions → Enable processing. The work runs in the background. A completion message reports successes, failures, and skipped fulfillments, and the list refreshes. Use the separate Process fulfillments action to allocate, mark ready, or send them.
You can disable processing only in Draft, after releasing any allocation, clearing the warehouse order link, and finishing or canceling any queued warehouse handoff. Return the fulfillment to Draft and resolve the reason shown before disabling it. Processing cannot be changed on Fulfilled or Canceled fulfillments.
When processing is disabled, Endless can still receive shipment updates, but it does not allocate inventory, send the fulfillment, or reduce inventory for it.
Building connection settings control processing for new imported fulfillment orders. Changing those settings does not update existing ones.
Fulfillment processing rules have been retired. You cannot create, edit, or assign them. Use automations with Process Fulfillment for new work, and contact Endless support about historical rule assignments.
