Does Endless handle customer returns, return labels, and refunds?
Create return labels, track returns on their way back, and issue refunds in your sales channel, carrier, or returns app. In Endless, you record the payment status and add returned units back to inventory.
The order’s Payment card shows the totals and the payment status. You can set the payment status to Refunded or Partially refunded, and a sales channel such as Shopify updates it when it changes there. Changing it in Endless does not move money.
Add returned units back to inventory yourself. When resellable units come back, use “Adjust Inventory” on the product in the building where they arrived, increase the quantity, and choose the reason Customer Return. Do not add back units that cannot be resold. If you counted them already, adjust them out with the reason Damaged. Your developer or an AI coding tool can have your returns app make these adjustments through the Endless API with an Operations Integration. API access must be in your plan.
To send the customer a replacement instead, report the issue on the order and create a replacement order.
