What happens when I reconnect, disable, or delete an integration?

Reconnecting and disabling keep an integration’s settings, mappings, and history, and deleting removes the integration for good. Only company admins see these options in the integration’s Actions menu.

To stop an integration completely, select “Disable integration” and turn off its order and inventory settings, such as Shopify’s “Import & Update Orders” or Rithum’s “Ingest Orders” and “Push Inventory.” Turning off the order setting also stops orders the other system sends as they happen. To stop sending fulfillment orders to a warehouse integration, change its buildings’ “Default fulfillment integration” and any fulfillment selections or automations that choose it. Integration actions are refused while an integration is disabled. To stop Endless EDI completely, delete the integration or contact Endless support. Contact Endless support for help stopping any other integration. “Enable integration” and turning those settings back on start syncing again, and nothing else is lost.

“Delete integration” cannot be undone. Endless removes the integration and its building connections, and credentials for a custom integration stop working. Orders, buildings, sales channels, and products stay in Endless, and orders keep their history. Inventory Endless already sent to the other system stays there, so update it in that system if needed. To use the system again, create a new integration and set up its settings and mappings again.

Reconnect is available only for Shopify integrations that were connected through the Shopify app approval. It is hidden for other integrations, for stores connected using a legacy Shopify app, and for anyone who is not an admin. Reconnect sends you to Shopify to approve the app again on the same integration. Settings, mappings, and order history stay as they are. Use it after the app was uninstalled or needs updated access. Contact Endless support for help reconnecting another integration.

“Reset Shopify Webhooks” does not change the connection. It deletes and recreates the order, product, and app removal notifications Shopify sends to Endless. It is meant for Endless support.
