How does Endless send inventory to my sales channels, and what controls how much it sends?

Endless sends inventory only from buildings whose connection to that integration has “Push inventory to integration” set to Yes. The older building page shows the same setting as “Push inventory to other systems?”. Some integrations also have their own switch, such as “Push Inventory to Walmart”.

Endless pushes on a schedule, not on every stock change: every 15 minutes for Shopify, Faire, and Sellbrite, every hour for Rithum and Mirakl, every 12 hours for Wayfair, and every 24 hours for Amazon and Endless EDI. For Walmart, select Push Inventory to send inventory, and contact Endless support to discuss sending it on a schedule. Shopify, Amazon, and Rithum also receive a SKU right away after a manual stock adjustment.

Push Inventory on an integration sends Endless’s quantities now and replaces the other system’s counts. Pull Inventory does the opposite. It imports the other system’s counts into buildings whose “Inventory managed by” is that integration.

The quantity sent is the available stock of the pushing buildings, after allocated units and units on open orders. For Walmart, Faire, Wayfair, Mirakl, and Endless EDI, Endless subtracts Inventory Buffer first, then caps the result at Inventory Maximum, and never sends less than zero. Walmart applies this to each building separately, because each building is its own ship node. For Endless EDI, always enter an Inventory Maximum above your largest stock.

“Mark this SKU out of stock everywhere?” confirms “Out of Stock All” on an item’s Inventory Syndication card. From the next push, Endless sends zero for that SKU to every listed integration. To resume, turn an integration’s switch back on, or select “Activate All”.

Endless paces Shopify requests to Shopify’s rate limits, so large catalogs take longer, and Amazon receives one file for all SKUs.

If a channel is not updating, check the building connection, the integration’s own push setting, that the integration is enabled, that the SKU is not marked Out of stock, and that SKUs match exactly.
