How do I run integration actions, see what an integration did, and find out when something failed?

Run an integration action from the Actions menu on the integration’s page. Most actions ask you to confirm, and “Execute Action” starts the work. Actions run only while the integration is enabled. For actions that report background progress, Endless follows the run and shows its completion or failure. An initial accepted or queued message means the work has started, not that every record succeeded. Imports, pushes, and pulls run in the background and can take several minutes for a large catalog. Inventory pushes and pulls show progress in your Inbox and notify you when they finish. To stop an action that is running, contact Endless support.

The integration’s Activity tab lists what Endless recorded for that integration, newest first, as Info, Success, Warning, or Error entries. It shows up to 100 entries at a time. Endless keeps older entries, so use the Type and Date range filters to reach them. Expand an entry to read additional details such as per-item results. Manual Rithum inventory and product-data actions can also deliver CSV reports to the Inbox. Entries about one order, such as a fulfillment order the warehouse rejected, appear on that order’s Timeline tab instead. The Activity feed on the Dashboard shows recent entries across the company, and its Area filter can narrow it to Integrations.

Check the Activity tab for integration errors. A fulfillment order that cannot be sent becomes Failed and shows the reason on the order. The Order Fulfillment Failure subscription in your Notifications settings tells you when a warehouse does not confirm the cancellation of a fulfillment order you pulled back. Contact Endless support to discuss notifications for other integration errors.

When an integration shows a failure message on an order, read the reason on the Timeline tab. Fix the cause, such as a product missing at the warehouse, an unmapped carrier or location, an incomplete address, or expired credentials. Then repeat the step: “Resend for fulfillment” on a Failed fulfillment order, or “Send shipments” on the order when tracking did not reach the channel.
