How do shipments and tracking get from my warehouse into Endless and back to my sales channel?

A connected warehouse reports shipments to Endless, Endless records them on the fulfillment order, and then Endless sends them to the sales channel the order came from.

Endless checks connected warehouses every 15 minutes, except ShipBob:

  • InfoPlus: shipments InfoPlus shipped since the previous day.
  • Jazz, MasonHub, Mintsoft, Shipfusion, and ShipHero: each In Progress fulfillment order sent to them. Jazz and ShipHero can also notify Endless when an order ships.
  • Veracore: orders Veracore completed in the last 12 hours.
  • ShipBob: notifies Endless when an order ships, and Endless also checks each In Progress ShipBob fulfillment order once a day.

“Get Shipment,” in the fulfillment order’s actions menu, runs the same check for one fulfillment order right away. It is available across fulfillment statuses when the fulfillment has a warehouse External ID and a selected integration that supports fetching shipments. It remains available with processing disabled; shipment recording then does not reduce inventory. Use it when tracking never arrived, including for ShipHero and ShipBob, or for an InfoPlus or Veracore shipment older than those windows. To fetch a ShipBob shipment on demand, use “Get Shipment” on the fulfillment order.

The Shipments tab shows “No shipments yet” until Endless records a shipment. This happens when the check has not run yet, the fulfillment order has no External ID, or the warehouse has not added tracking or reached its shipped status. Check the fulfillment order’s Timeline for errors, then select “Get Shipment.”

When Endless records a shipment, it sends it to the source sales channel if that integration supports it. Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and Rithum receive each shipment. Faire, Wayfair, Mirakl, Cin7, and Extensiv Order Manager receive shipments only after the fulfillment order is fully shipped. “Send shipments,” on the sales order, resends shipments the channel has not accepted. An order shows Shipped in Endless and unfulfilled in the channel when a send failed or the fulfillment order is not linked to the channel’s record. The order’s Timeline tab shows each send and its result.
