Which carriers, shipping services, and shipping options can I use with Endless?

You can choose any carrier service in Endless’s shared catalog, which includes parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Canada Post, and Purolator, many freight carriers, and “Rate Shop” services. If a carrier or service you need is missing, contact Endless support to add it.

To use your own names for shipping methods, add carrier aliases on an integration’s Data mapping tab, under Shipping Carriers and Methods. On a sales channel, an alias turns the channel’s shipping method name into an Endless carrier service. On a warehouse that receives carrier codes, Endless sends the alias’s name and code in place of its own, so the warehouse gets the names it expects.

To ship on your customer’s UPS or FedEx account, use third-party billing. Enter the Third Party Billing Account, ZIP, and Country in the sales order’s B2B details. Then turn on the order’s Third Party Billing option with an automation’s Set Order Field action, which runs when an order is created or approved. Endless tells the warehouse to bill a third party only when it is on. Whether the warehouse can bill that account depends on the warehouse. Some, such as ShipBob, need the account set up in their own system.

Arrange shipping insurance with your warehouse or carrier.

Import fees and duties are charged by the carrier or the destination country’s customs, not by Endless. To prepay duties, set it up with your warehouse or carrier. You can record “Duties Payor” and “Shipment Incoterms” in the sales order’s B2B details for your own reference.

Your warehouse or shipping software buys and prints carrier shipping labels, and the tracking comes back to Endless with the shipment.

Contact Endless support to discuss shipping insurance, sending duties details to your warehouse, or buying labels.
