How do orders get into Endless, and why is an order missing or not loading?
Orders reach Endless from a sales channel or EDI integration, a spreadsheet, Orderbot, or by hand. If no orders show, check that an order integration is connected and set to import orders, such as Shopify’s “Import & Update Orders” setting. Then clear the list’s filters, which stay in the page address.
To pull one order that did not arrive, open the Sales Orders list’s actions menu, select Import, and choose Integration. Choose the integration, enter the order reference from that system, and select Find. A match marked “Not in Endless” can be imported. This works for Shopify, Mirakl, Rithum, Wayfair, and EDI through Orderful. For other integrations that support it, such as Amazon, Faire, and Walmart, use “Import Order” on the integration’s page.
To import from a spreadsheet, select Import, choose Spreadsheet, and upload a CSV or Excel file with one row per item. Rows with the same Order Number become one order. Each order needs a ship-to name and address, and each row needs an Item SKU and Item Quantity. A blank Sales Channel uses your default channel. A file can hold up to 1,000 orders. If any row has an error, Endless does not create any orders, and the notification lists the errors. Orders already in Endless are skipped. Each new order is a Draft to review and commit.
If the list is slow, use Quick search instead of “Search all order data,” narrow the Date filter, or hide the Signals, PO Number, Customer Reference, and Vendor Number columns.
Deleted and archived orders show “Order not found” and cannot be opened. If a link does not open, check that you are working in the company the order belongs to. If the order was created moments ago, reload the page after a few seconds.
For an order a customer emailed, forward the email or its PDF to Orderbot, and it becomes a Draft sales order. Open Orderbot from the actions menu to get your forwarding address. Orderbot may not be available on every account.
