How do I find specific orders on the Orders list?
Use the search box and filters at the top of the Sales Orders list. They are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark a filtered view.
- Product: the Items filter finds orders with at least one line linked to the products you choose. For lines not linked to a product, or lines for archived products, search all order data for the SKU.
- Warehouse: use the Fulfillment Orders list, which has a Building filter and column, because buildings are assigned to fulfillment orders.
- Customer: when Customers is available on your account, use the Customer filter. Otherwise, search all order data for the customer’s name, email, or phone.
- Search: Quick search matches the order number, with or without a leading #. Advanced search, “Search all order data,” also matches the source order ID, ship-to and bill-to names, emails, phones, and companies, the sales channel name, item SKUs and names, and tracking numbers. It needs at least three characters and uses the first 50.
- Tags: the Tags filter first shows the 20 tags used on the most orders. Type to search the rest. “No tags found” means no order has a tag containing what you typed.
- Waiting to ship: set Status to Ordered and In Progress. Select an order’s status to see its fulfillment orders and any units not yet on one.
- Failed to send: open Fulfillment Orders and set Status to Failed. With Order Signals, the Signals page lists these orders under the “Fulfillment failed” signal name.
