Why don’t the Orders list filters, counts, and statuses match what I see on the order?

The Status filter matches each sales order’s own status. Allocation belongs to fulfillment orders, so to find allocated work, filter the Fulfillment Orders list by Status Allocated. To find sales orders that have shipped some items, filter by In Progress. On Hold matches orders with an active hold, whatever their status.

The list shows each matching order once. The product, tag, status, and ship date filters check whether an order has a match, and they do not add a row per match. If an order appears again on the next page, select the reload button to refresh the list. Orders that arrive or change while you page through can shift the pages.

The list’s Status column shows On Hold for an order with an active hold. The order page shows an On Hold badge next to the order’s status, such as Ordered. The list can also be behind the order if it loaded before a change, so reload it.

To count orders in a status, filter by that status. The bar under the list shows how many orders match the current filters and the units ordered across them. Units ordered adds up each order’s item quantities, so shipping does not change it. Archived orders are not counted.
