Can I clear order signals, list orders by signal, or get alerts about stuck orders?

Fixing the reported condition resolves a signal when Endless checks the order again. If you have reviewed the situation and want to stop those signals, open the order’s Signals tab and disable signals for the whole order. Individual fulfillment and shipment preferences are available through the API; the app does not currently expose those controls.

Disabling an order’s signals also suppresses signals for its fulfillments and shipments. Disabling a fulfillment covers that fulfillment and its shipments. When you enable the parent again, a child’s own disabled preference remains in place. This does not cancel work, change inventory or coverage, or stop shipment syncing. You can add an internal note when disabling signals on an order.

Held orders do not generate signals while the hold is active. Releasing the hold lets Endless check them again.

After fixing a condition, allow the background check to finish. Use Rebuild Signals on the order or the Sales Orders bulk action if the information still looks stale. Rebuilding respects disabled signals.

The Signals list can filter by signal, category, status, age, sales channel, source, and order date. The Sales Orders list also has filters for disabled signals on the order, its fulfillments, or its shipments. Availability depends on your account.

Signals refresh on open pages. For email or chat alerts, or a scheduled check for orders stuck in a status, your developer or an AI coding tool can build a service using the Endless API with an Operations Integration. API access must be in your plan. Contact Endless support for help.
