How do I export orders, and what does each export format include?

Set your Sales Orders filters, choose Export, select a format, and start the export. The CSV is prepared in the background and arrives in an Export completed notification. Download links expire after a day.

The formats differ in what one row is:

  • Orders + Items, the default: one row per active line item, with SKU, name, quantity, price, and discount. An order without active lines still appears with empty item fields.
  • Orders: one row per order.
  • Shipments: one row per shipped shipment; orders without shipments are excluded.
  • Cartons: one row per carton line, with SSCC, SKU, quantity, and dimensions.

Every format includes order identifiers, source and sales channel, customer and ship-to details, statuses, dates, financial totals, fulfillment order numbers, and buildings. Group by Order Number when reviewing a complete order. The export includes only orders that match the list’s current filters and search, up to 10,000 rows. Pagination and sorting do not apply, and archived orders are left out.

Order Financials, where available, exports current revenue, recorded shipment costs, and profit for all matching orders or selected orders. Choose one row per order or totals by day, week, or month, optionally split by sales channel. Currencies stay separate. This format covers the current order system without the standard row cap. Periods use order dates; financial amounts are current, not historical balances.

To find shipments in a period, use Ship Date. For a store or brand’s orders, use its Sales Channel or Source filter. Standard order-level exports show “multiple” when several shipments contribute to an order, and blank shipment fields when nothing has shipped. Use Shipments for separate shipment dates.

For issue reports, filter by the issue tags and export. Replacement orders receive reship tags and normally use the original number with an “-R” suffix. Contact Endless support for help matching replacements to reported issues.
