Extensiv

The Extensiv integration connects Endless Commerce to Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager.

What it does​

With this integration, Endless can:

  • send orders to Extensiv for fulfillment
  • pull inventory from Extensiv into Endless
  • pull shipment updates from Extensiv into Endless
  • send ASNs from Endless to Extensiv

What you need​

Before setting up the integration, make sure you have:

  • your Extensiv API key
  • your Extensiv API secret
  • your Extensiv user login ID
  • your Extensiv customer ID

If you plan to send ASNs to the Receiver endpoint, you will also need the Extensiv location ID.

ASN settings​

When Endless sends ASNs to Extensiv, choose the destination your warehouse uses:

  • POS
  • Receiver

If you choose Receiver, Endless normally uses the shipment number for receiving. If your warehouse wants to receive against the shipment Ref. Number instead, turn on either or both of these settings:

  • Use Shipment Ref. Number for Extensiv Lot #
  • Use Shipment Ref. Number for Extensiv Receipt Advice Number

If a setting is on but the shipment Ref. Number is blank:

  • lot number falls back to shipment number
  • receipt advice number is not sent
