Team & Roles

Anyone who needs to work in Endless gets their own account. You invite them by email, pick a role, and they set their own password. There is no shared login.

Add a Team Member

You need permission to invite people for your company. If you don’t have it, an Admin on your team does.

  1. Open Settings, then Team & Roles.
  2. Click Add member. If nobody has been invited yet, the empty state offers Invite Member instead — same thing.
  3. Enter the person’s email address.
  4. Choose a role. See below for what each one means.
  5. Click Add Person.

They’ll get an invitation by email. Until they accept it, they can’t sign in.

What the Invited Person Does

The invitation link opens an Accept Invitation page. They enter their first and last name, choose a password, and confirm it. Once that’s saved they can sign in at app.endlesscommerce.com like anyone else.

You don’t set their password, and you can’t see it. If they never accept, re-invite them rather than trying to reset anything.

Roles

Three roles are available at the company level.

Guest can look, not touch. Reads across orders, products, inventory, warehouses, suppliers, and customers, and can subscribe to updates, but can’t create or change anything beyond their own profile. Use it for someone who needs visibility — a partner, an accountant, an analyst — without a hand on the controls.

Operator does the day-to-day work: orders, products, inventory, purchasing and receiving, customers, and tasks. Creating, editing, approving, allocating, shipping. An Operator can run the business inside Endless but can’t change who has access to it or how it connects to outside systems.

Admin runs the company account. Admins do everything an Operator does, plus the setup and governance work — inviting people and assigning roles, connecting and configuring integrations, registering warehouses and carriers, creating sales channels, onboarding brands, and configuring accounting and billing. Deleting an order is Admin-only too. If a task changes how the account itself is wired, it’s an Admin task.

Roles are scoped to a company, so someone can hold a role on one company and nothing on another. On the Team & Roles page you can filter the list by role to see who holds what.

Finding and Managing People

The Team & Roles page lists everyone with access to the company. Search by name to find someone, or use the role tabs to narrow the list. Select a person to see their details and remove their access.

Troubleshooting

“The email is already in use”

That email is already attached to an Endless login, so it can’t be invited again. If the person already works with another company in Endless, or was invited before, contact support rather than creating a second account for them.

They never got the invitation

Check the spam folder first. If it isn’t there, confirm the email address on the Team & Roles page and invite them again.
