What do the purchase order, supply shipment, and supplier exports include?
Each export is a CSV file that Endless builds in the background and sends to you in a notification. Purchase order and shipment exports cover the records that match the filters on the list and ignore sorting and paging. Purchase order and shipment exports write one row per line item.
Purchase orders offer two formats. “Purchase Orders + Items” is import-ready: the purchase order fields the import accepts (supplier, description, status, dates, financial and cost allocation status, terms, and special instructions), plus Milestone, and for each line the SKU, quantity ordered, unit cost, lead time, and expected ship date. Purchase order details appear only on each purchase order’s first row. “Complete” is for reporting. It repeats the purchase order details on every row and adds supplier and contact details, line and unit counts, totals, created and approved by, and line details such as name, unit of measure, MOQ, extended cost, HTS code, master carton details, and Item Qty On Shipment. Removed lines are left out of both.
Receiving is recorded on supply shipments, so received quantities are in the shipments export, in Item Received Quantity for each shipment line.
“Item Qty On Shipment” is the total quantity of that purchase order line on supply shipments that are not canceled, counting each split only once through its original shipment. It is the same number the app shows as Shipped next to the line’s quantity.
The shipments export includes each shipment’s details, its shipment-level costs (Origin Costs, Transportation Costs, Destination Costs, Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees), and for each line the SKU, PO number, quantity, unit cost, lot number, HTS code, master carton details, and received quantity. The shipping and duties amounts distributed to each line are on the shipment’s Financials tab. You can edit the file and import it back.
Choose Export Suppliers from the Suppliers list menu or command palette. It includes all non-archived suppliers regardless of the list filters. The file has one row per supplier. Its contact columns use the supplier’s default contact, or the oldest contact if none is the default. Its address columns use the supplier’s ship-from address.
