Which columns and values belong in a product cost estimate CSV?

Each row describes one estimate for an existing product, supplier or internal source, cost type, and quantity tier.

ColumnRequirement
SKURequired; exact existing product SKU.
Supplier HandleExisting supplier handle; blank for your own estimate.
Cost TypeRequired; Standard (default) or Dropship (dropship).
Unit CostRequired; greater than zero.
QuantityRequired; whole number of zero or more for Standard, exactly 1 for Dropship.
Materials Cost, Labor Cost, Packaging CostOptional nonnegative portions of Unit Cost.
Inbound Freight Cost, Duties & Tariffs CostOptional nonnegative additional costs per unit.
