How do Wayfair purchase orders come into Endless and get accepted?
Endless checks Wayfair for new dropship purchase orders every 30 minutes, and when you select Import Orders. Each check imports purchase orders that have not received a response on Wayfair and are dated on or after “Order Import Start At”.
To import a single order, use Import Order and enter the exact Wayfair PO number.
Each purchase order becomes a Pending sales order numbered with its PO number. It goes to the sales channel mapped to Wayfair’s sales channel name, or the Default Sales Channel, and is tagged Dropship with Wayfair’s sales channel name and order type. A PO without a Wayfair warehouse ID is not imported.
Endless accepts the PO on Wayfair when the order is approved. With the sales channel’s “Auto-approve Orders” on, which is the default, that happens right after import. Endless accepts each line at the quantity on the Endless order, up to the PO quantity, and leaves out lines at zero. The order timeline shows whether Wayfair accepted it, is processing it, or returned errors. A PO is accepted only when every line has an estimated ship date.
Endless handles Wayfair B2B orders like any other PO: it imports every PO in Wayfair’s dropship order list and tags it with Wayfair’s order type.
When Wayfair changes or cancels a PO after import, make the change or cancel the order in Endless as well. Contact Endless support to discuss syncing later Wayfair changes and cancellations.
“Wayfair dropship polling failed:” on the Activity tab means one check failed, and Wayfair’s reason follows. The next check tries again. CastleGate checks show the same message with their own name.
