How does Endless send inventory to Wayfair, and how does it handle CastleGate?
Endless sends Wayfair a full inventory snapshot every 12 hours, and when you select Push Inventory. A snapshot sets every part’s quantity, so a part sent as zero is cleared. Pushing needs “Push Inventory” on and an “Inventory Feed Level”.
Parent (consolidated) sends one quantity per part under the Wayfair Parent Supplier ID, totaled across every building that pushes to Wayfair. Child (per building) sends each mapped Wayfair warehouse ID the total of the buildings mapped to it.
Each quantity is the Available to Sell of those buildings, minus “Inventory Buffer”, capped at “Inventory Maximum”, and never below zero. Parts are the supplier part numbers mapped to products, or the SKU for products without one. A product marked Out of stock for Wayfair on the item’s Inventory Syndication card is sent as zero.
A building is left out of the feed when it is inactive, when its Wayfair connection has “Push inventory to integration” set to No, or when it is a CastleGate building. Make sure every mapped Wayfair warehouse ID is a number, so Endless can send the feed.
“Import CastleGate Orders” imports purchase orders Wayfair fulfills from CastleGate, with their shipment advice. It needs the Parent Supplier ID and a CastleGate Layout. These orders arrive as Ordered, with an In Progress fulfillment order at the CastleGate building assigned to Wayfair. Endless does not ship them from your buildings, and the shipment advice records the shipment. Endless never sends CastleGate stock to Wayfair.
Pull CastleGate Inventory sets stock in CastleGate buildings from Wayfair. Fulfillable units become available, and the rest of the on-hand quantity becomes unavailable. It runs every 3 hours and when you select it.
“Wayfair CastleGate inventory has … supplier parts that match no product” means Wayfair holds parts that Endless cannot match by mapped part number or SKU. Map them to products to pull their stock.
