How do I connect Wayfair, and what do its settings control?
Create the Wayfair integration with your Wayfair application’s Client ID and Client Secret. Then set Environment, Default Sales Channel, and Order Import Start At, and map your Wayfair warehouses on the Data mapping tab.
Environment chooses which Wayfair API Endless uses. It starts on Sandbox, which reaches only Wayfair’s test system. Set it to Production to receive live orders.
Wayfair Parent Supplier ID is required for a Parent (consolidated) inventory feed and for CastleGate, and Endless rejects those settings without it. Child feeds and dropship orders do not use it.
Each order goes to the Endless sales channel mapped to its Wayfair sales channel name on the Data mapping tab. Default Sales Channel applies only when that name has no exact mapping.
Wayfair does not list your warehouses, so Endless finds them in up to 100 recent purchase orders. A warehouse without recent orders is missing from the list. Add it with “Add connection” and its numeric Wayfair warehouse ID.
Order Import Start At is the earliest purchase-order date Endless imports, which keeps older orders out. It is required in Production. Once it is saved, contact Endless support to change it.
If orders are not arriving, check that:
- Environment is Production,
- Order Import Start At is set. Until it is, the Activity tab shows “Wayfair polling is paused until Order Import Start At is set.”,
- the integration is active,
- the purchase order has not been answered on Wayfair, because Endless imports only POs without a response. Endless checks Wayfair every 30 minutes. Select Import Orders to check now. If orders still do not arrive, contact Endless support.
