How do inventory and supply shipments sent as WROs sync between ShipBob and Endless?
Endless imports ShipBob’s fulfillable stock at each mapped location and accounts for Endless order allocations. Warehouse-transfer reservations stay separate so a pull does not make reserved transfer stock available again. Exception and internal-transfer quantities go to unavailable stock. Pulls run regularly; use Sync inventory for an immediate update.
To create a WRO, select Send shipment, choose how the inventory arrives and how boxes or pallets are packed, review packing, and accept the push. Endless sends the mapped fulfillment center, arrival date, shipment number, and contents, including supported lot information. The review identifies SKUs not registered in ShipBob; register them before resending.
A missing fulfillment-center mapping means the destination building needs a ShipBob connection with the correct numeric location ID.
The linked WRO dialog lets you update or delete the receiving order. While it is Awaiting, you can update the destination, arrival date, purchase order number, and boxes. Changing shipping type or packing configuration requires deleting and recreating the WRO. ShipBob can refuse deletion after receiving begins, so confirm cancellation there before assuming work has stopped.
Endless checks WROs before completion. Arrival can mark the shipment Delivered, and processing or counting can move it into In Receiving. Received quantities come from ShipBob’s counts for each SKU. A completed WRO marks the shipment Received only when every line arrived in full. A short delivery stays In Receiving for review. Marking a short PO shipment Received returns the uncovered shortfall to the PO.
Warehouse transfers can also use ShipBob WROs. Their refresh follows ShipBob’s progress without moving backward, and marks them Received automatically only when every line is fully received. Contact Endless support for a WRO whose status or quantities need investigation.
