How do I connect ShipBob and set up its channel and fulfillment center mappings?
Connect ShipBob from the integration’s Connection tab with “Connect with ShipBob,” using either a Personal Access Token or OAuth. Both give the same features. For a token, generate one in your ShipBob dashboard with full write access and paste it. For OAuth, create an OAuth app in ShipBob’s developer dashboard, register the Redirect URL Endless shows, enter the app’s Client ID and Client Secret, and approve access in ShipBob. Endless renews OAuth access itself.
Choose Production or Sandbox before connecting. The choice is hidden once connected. To switch later, change “API environment” under General Settings and select “Reconnect” with credentials from that environment. Endless cannot reach ShipBob until you reconnect. Mappings stay, so check that their IDs exist in the new environment.
Endless uses a ShipBob channel with write access to orders, products, inventory, receiving, and webhooks. If your credentials have more than one, connecting fails with “grants write access to multiple channels.” Enter the one you want in “ShipBob channel ID” under General Settings, then connect again. A channel without that access is rejected with “lacks required write scopes.” To change the channel later, update “ShipBob channel ID” and select “Reconnect.”
“Webhook subscription not configured” means Endless could not register for ShipBob’s realtime updates. Endless then picks up shipments and WROs, including arrivals and receiving in progress through its daily check. Select “Reconnect” to try again, and contact Endless support if the warning stays.
Map each building on the Data mapping tab. Under Connected Buildings, select “Add connection,” then “Browse external locations” to pick a ShipBob location or receiving destination. Endless uses that ID for orders and WROs. Under Sales channels, map each Endless sales channel to a ShipBob channel to send its orders there. Unmapped sales channels use the connected channel.
“Disconnect” deletes the integration. Endless removes its building connections, and the integration cannot be restored. To use ShipBob again, add a new integration and map everything again.
