How does Endless sync inventory and products with Amazon, including FBA stock?
Endless pulls FBA stock from Amazon and pushes merchant-fulfilled (FBM) quantities to Amazon. Manage listings and product attributes in Seller Central.
Pull Inventory runs every 24 hours and when you select it. For each building whose “Inventory managed by” is the Amazon connection, it sets available stock to Amazon’s fulfillable quantity and unavailable stock to the unfulfillable quantity. Products are matched by an ASIN linked by a catalog import, then by exact SKU. Unmatched items are skipped.
Import FBA Catalog and Import FBM Catalog link each Amazon ASIN to the existing Endless product whose SKU exactly matches the seller SKU, so create products in Endless first.
Endless pushes inventory to Amazon only when “Enable Amazon FBM channel” is on. The quantity is the sum of available stock in buildings whose “Push inventory to integration” is Yes, and it updates the merchant-fulfilled offer only. Amazon sets FBA offer quantities from its own stock. A full update covering every product with a SKU runs every 24 hours and when you select Push Inventory. A manual stock adjustment also sends that SKU right away. Other stock changes reach Amazon on the next full update. Products excluded from the push are sent as zero.
Amazon can show stock that Endless does not when:
- the change is waiting for the next full update,
- no building pushes to Amazon,
- the Amazon seller SKU differs from the Endless SKU, or
- pushing stopped. Earlier quantities stay on Amazon until you change them there.
An “Amazon inventory push:” error on the Activity tab means Amazon processed a full update and rejected some records, or rejected all of them. The message gives counts, not SKUs. The update includes Endless SKUs that are not listed on Amazon, which Amazon can reject.
Endless matches seller SKUs exactly, so “ABC-1.1” does not match “ABC-1”. Make the SKUs the same in both systems.
Contact Endless support for help with SKUs that differ, or to discuss publishing listings or importing inbound FBA units.
