How do I connect Amazon to Endless and set up the FBA and FBM channels?
To connect Amazon, enter the Amazon API Key, Amazon API Secret, and Amazon Auth Token from a Selling Partner API application authorized for your seller account. Then complete the integration’s General settings. Endless uses this access to read orders and FBA inventory, request listings reports, update listing quantities, confirm shipments, and receive Amazon’s order change notifications.
The solution provider form is part of Amazon’s own registration for Selling Partner API access. Contact Endless support for help with what to enter.
The General settings are:
- Merchant Token: required. Find it in Seller Central under Settings, Account Info, Business Information, Merchant Token. Endless sends it with inventory updates to identify your seller account.
- Marketplace ID: required, for example ATVPDKIKX0DER for the US.
- “Enable Amazon FBA channel”: imports orders Amazon fulfills into the Sales Channel on the Amazon FBA tab, and enables Pull Inventory and Import FBA Catalog.
- “Enable Amazon FBM channel”: imports orders you fulfill into the Sales Channel on the Amazon FBM tab, sends tracking back to Amazon, pushes inventory to Amazon, and enables Import FBM Catalog.
Endless skips orders for a channel that is off. Both are off by default.
To track FBA stock, create a building for Amazon FBA, connect it to the Amazon integration, and set the building’s “Inventory managed by” to that Amazon connection. Run Import FBA Catalog to link ASINs to your products, then Pull Inventory. FBA orders import once this building exists. Contact Endless support to discuss tracking AWD inventory.
FBM orders are assigned to buildings by the FBM sales channel’s routing, like other orders. Choose the building that fulfills FBM orders in that routing.
Each integration has one Marketplace ID, which the scheduled order check, Import Orders, catalog imports, and inventory updates use. Contact Endless support to discuss importing orders from more than one marketplace.
