Can Endless publish product data, images, and sell sheets to my sales channels and retailers?

Endless can send product data to connected integrations that accept it, and it can produce sell sheets for buyers.

To send product data, select products on the product list, or open one product, and choose “Push product data.” Pick an integration and confirm. Endless creates or updates the products in that system by SKU. Only integrations that accept product data appear, such as ShipHero. Publishing to Shopify and Business Central may not be available on every account. An integration shows “(product export off)” when its product export setting is off.

A sell sheet is a branded product sheet for a buyer. Open Sell Sheets, select “Create Sell Sheet,” and choose products. Sell Sheets may not be available on every account. The Share menu has:

  • Export To PDF: brand name, logo, and website, then each product’s image, name, SKU, UPC, description, bullet points, MSRP, MAP, weight, dimensions, and inner pack, master carton, and pallet quantities.
  • Export To CSV: Product Name, SKU, UPC, Description, MSRP, MAP, Weight, Dimensions, Inner Pack, Master Carton, Pallet, and Brand.

Send buyers the PDF or CSV file. “Customize Sell Sheet” sets the colors, the contact buttons, and a hero image from an image URL you paste.

Enter product descriptions, attributes, and images on the product or with the product import. Your developer or an AI coding tool can generate descriptions and attributes elsewhere and load them through the Endless API with a Custom Product Integration. API access must be in your plan.

For a retailer’s item setup template, use the product export, which includes custom attributes, and copy its columns into the template.

To share images, use the media library’s Export CSV. It lists each image’s Source URL, file name, tagged SKU, and channel slot, with an export name such as YC-100.PT01.jpg. The sell sheet PDF also includes each product’s main image.
