How do I stop sending a SKU’s inventory to one or more sales channels?

Turn off the channel’s switch on the item’s Syndication tab. Endless then sends zero for that SKU to that channel until you turn the switch back on. Stock in Endless and the quantities sent to other channels do not change.

Endless sends the zero on the channel’s next push, which runs on the channel’s schedule. To send it right away, select Push inventory on the inventory list. For Shopify, Amazon, and Rithum, a manual stock adjustment to the SKU also sends it right away. Endless sends zero only to channels it pushes to. If no building has “Push inventory to integration” set to Yes for a channel, Endless sends nothing to it.

“Out of Stock All” on the Inventory Syndication card turns syndication off for every channel listed for the SKU, after you confirm “Mark this SKU out of stock everywhere?”. “Activate All” turns every channel back on.

To change many SKUs at once, open the Syndication view of the inventory list and select the rows. Choose “Disable inventory syndication” or “Enable inventory syndication” from the bulk actions, pick the sales integrations, and confirm.

New products start with syndication on for every channel. Turn it off after the product is created, using the bulk action. Your developer or an AI coding tool can turn it off for new products automatically through the Endless API with a Custom Product Integration. API access must be in your plan. Contact Endless support to discuss starting new products with syndication off.

Rithum supports this. Turn off Rithum on the SKU’s Syndication tab, or select the SKUs in the Syndication view and disable syndication for Rithum. Rithum receives zero for those SKUs on the next hourly push, or right away after a manual stock adjustment to the SKU.
