How does Endless pull inventory from my 3PL or other connected systems, and what does a pull change?

“Pull inventory” on the inventory list fetches current counts from every integration that manages a building, meaning every building whose “Inventory managed by” is a connected system. For each of those buildings, Endless replaces the quantities in its Default Available and Default Unavailable locations with that system’s counts for the SKUs it reports. Buildings managed by Endless Commerce are not changed.

Endless also pulls and pushes on a schedule. Endless sets the frequency for each integration:

  • Pulls: every 15 minutes for ShipHero, Extensiv, InfoPlus, Masonhub, GoBolt, Mintsoft, Veracore, and Business Central; every 3 hours for ShipBob, Jazz OMS, and Wayfair CastleGate; every 24 hours for Shopify and Amazon.
  • Pushes: every 15 minutes for Shopify, Faire, and Sellbrite; every hour for Rithum and Mirakl; every 12 hours for Wayfair; every 24 hours for Amazon and Endless EDI.

To run one sooner, choose Pull inventory or Push inventory. Contact Endless support to discuss a different schedule.

A pull does not change Allocated. Allocations stay on their fulfillment orders until they ship or are released. If the new count is lower than the allocated quantity, Avail. to Allocate and Available to Sell go down and can become negative.

The dialog warns that “Imported inventory levels in Endless may change” because a pull overwrites the counts in those locations instead of adding to them. An adjustment you made there in Endless is replaced by the next pull. Each change is recorded in inventory history.

Endless does not pull from or push to an inactive or archived integration, on schedule or on request.

When you start a pull, refresh, or push, Endless shows a message that it has started. When it finishes, a notification arrives in your Inbox, such as “Integration inventory pull completed” or “Integration inventory pull failed”, and the inventory list reloads. Scheduled pulls and pushes do not send notifications.
