How does Endless push inventory to my sales channels, and which quantity does it send?

“Push inventory” on the Inventory page sends current quantities to every integration that at least one building pushes to, using each integration’s own settings. Endless also pushes on a schedule: every 15 minutes for Shopify, Faire, and Sellbrite, every hour for Rithum and Mirakl, every 12 hours for Wayfair, and every 24 hours for Amazon and Endless EDI.

Endless sends Available to Sell: sellable stock minus allocated units and units on open orders, never below zero. It counts only buildings whose connection to that integration has “Push inventory to integration” set to Yes. Shopify and Walmart receive a quantity for each building or mapped location. Most other channels receive the total of those buildings. A SKU marked Out of stock for a channel on its Syndication tab is sent as zero.

Push inventory sends every product in the company, whichever brand you choose in the dialog.

To push from only some buildings, set “Push inventory to integration” to Yes on those buildings’ connections and No on the others.

To limit overselling during a flash sale, select Push inventory more often, or hold back stock with a buffer. Orders reduce Available to Sell in Endless right away, and a channel receives the change on its next push. A manual stock adjustment sends that SKU right away to Shopify, Amazon, and Rithum. Other changes wait for the schedule.

Faire, Walmart, Wayfair, Mirakl, and Endless EDI have an “Inventory Buffer” setting on the integration. It subtracts a fixed number of units from each SKU before sending. Most of these also have an “Inventory Maximum” that caps the quantity sent. For Shopify, Amazon, Rithum, and Sellbrite, hold units back by moving them to a Quarantine-zone location, which is left out of every push. Contact Endless support for help preparing for a sale, or to discuss a buffer for those channels or sending a percentage of stock.
