What does the Walmart integration do, and how do Walmart orders come into Endless?

The Walmart integration imports your seller-fulfilled Walmart orders, acknowledges them, sends tracking back to Walmart, and can push inventory to Walmart ship nodes.

Walmart notifies Endless when it creates a purchase order, and Endless imports it within seconds. “Import Orders” asks Walmart for every order that is released and unacknowledged, and imports any that are missing from Endless. Create Orders is the step Endless runs for each incoming order, so you do not run it yourself.

Each Walmart purchase order becomes one Pending sales order in the integration’s Sales Channel. Its order number is Walmart’s customer order number, and lines link to products by SKU. When Walmart splits a customer order into several purchase orders, each imports as its own order with the same order number. If one is missing, run “Import Orders,” which finds purchase orders that Walmart still lists as released and unacknowledged. When Walmart changes or cancels an order after import, update or cancel it in Endless as well.

Create products in Endless with the same SKUs you use on Walmart, by hand or with the product import.

Walmart orders are routed by your routing rules, like other orders.
